5/12/08 Review and trade set-up video

This is the first attempt at hosting a video direct to our server and not from youtube, so let me know if you guys have problems. You will need to be able to view flash media.

    I pulled the code and put the raw link in. The code is fine in IE but half our users run Firefox and it ruins the blog alignment for them. For now we will run the link for users to hit till we get this ironed out on the embed function.
